This bride's Lake Charles, Louisiana wedding took place at Cajun Cafe, a very nice wedding venue that was a pleasure to photograph at. The venue features a suite for the bride to get ready in, and in addition to an outdoor space for ceremonies, has both an upstairs space for indoor ceremonies, and a downstairs area for receptions. I loved the ambiance of this venue, with lots of brick and exposed beams.
This particular photograph was captured before the ceremony, in the upstairs space, and I really liked the natural light appearance of this image, illuminated by the window. This was an emotional moment for the bride, as COVID had thrown some speed bumps in her wedding's path, but the venue's staff worked with her to enable the event to proceed safely, and she was grateful.
