After this couple's wedding ceremony at The Oaks Wedding & Event Center in Ponchatoula, we had a few minutes for portraits of the bride and groom before they entered the reception.
The ceremony had taken place at the outdoor space of the venue's Pin Oak Ballroom.
But because there was no event taking place that evening at the venue's larger Live Oak Ballroom next door, we were about to use that portion of the venue's outdoor space for our portraits of the bride and groom. I loved the clusters of lights hanging from the grand oak trees!
