Roman Candy, a taffy-like confection closely associated with New Orleans, has been made and sold in this area since the early 1900's. Sam Cortese started the business, and it continues to be family-run to this day. Available in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors, this beautiful display created by Unique Weddings in New Orleans for a wedding at the New Orleans Museum of Art was a special treat for guests.
