Katelynn and Collin, along with their friends and family, were a very fun group to work with! We started out at the International House with Katelynn and her dad having a first look (during which she presented him a gift of special cufflinks with a photo of the two of them from when she was a baby), and then a first look with her and Collin. After some shots – and some photographs 🙂 – downstairs in the hotel lobby bar, we all headed to Pat O’s on the River, where the ceremony and reception were to take place. Beatles music was abundant, as the couple are big fans. Everyone was amazed by the groom’s cake, a beautifully-rendered whiskey bottle chilling in a tub of ice with a Texans logo. At the end of the night, the Jaywalkers Brass Band showed up and entertained for a little while, before leading everyone down Decatur Street to Cafe Du Monde, where bags of beignets awaited.
