Laura and Jason had a wonderful wedding at historic Court of Two Sisters in the French Quarter. The memorable ceremony featured a hilarious officiant (a friend of the couple), heartfelt vows and singing by the bride and groom, champagne toasts, a dramatic reading of the lyrics of “The Most Beautiful Girl” by two friends of the couple, and my favorite part, the ring bearer using a little leather pouch attached to the groom’s Nikon DSLR to bring forth the rings.
The first portion of the reception was, delightfully, tailored specifically for the kids in attendance, with a fun dance party featuring a variety of favorite kids songs. And later as the couple was finishing their first dance, the Sidewalk Swing Brass Band made a boisterous entrance and ramped up the party!
