It was a stormy Saturday in the New Orleans area, and while it made for some logistical challenges, it didn’t stop this couple and their guests from having a great time at Compass Point Events in Algiers! Rev. Todd Capielano officiated the ceremony, which took place in the elegant main house of the venue, as did the reception. The band Rewind was on hand for the entertainment, and was fabulous as usual… bands with horn sections tend to be a lot of fun, and this was no exception! Bittersweet Confections created the delicious cake, and Erin of Compass Point Events did the gorgeous flowers. At the end of the reception, the Young Pin-Stripe Brass Band showed up to cap off the night with a second line around the venue!
