Natalie & Josh started out with a first look at the Hotel Mazarin, and then Josh presented his bride with a unique gift… a framed poem typed on an antique typewriter by one of the writers who frequently set up on Royal Street. Having a first look also enabled us to get all the family group shots done before the ceremony as well as some fun portraits of the couple in the French Quarter. The ceremony took place back at the hotel’s beautiful courtyard, and the reception was held in the hotel’s indoor space, La Louisianne. Everyone loved Josh’s groom’s cake, which had a theme that reflected he and his family being in the newspaper business. Rick with Decades Music provided the entertainment, and wedding planner Carol Bond made sure everything ran smoothly!
