Nicole and Jack’s ceremony took place at the lovely Hotel Mazarin in the French Quarter, with their two dogs serving as “mutt of honor” and “best mutt”! After a festive second line parade through the streets, the reception took place back at the hotel, where the River City Hit Squad band (who had also led the parade) was on hand for the entertainment, and the couple had a tarot card reader as well!
