Wedding at Southern Oaks Plantation in New Orleans

Silvia and Jameson had a fabulous Sunday evening wedding at Southern Oaks Plantation in New Orleans. We started out with some getting ready photos of the bride at her father’s home in Slidell before heading to the venue for the ceremony and reception

There was some concern over a bit of rain moving through the area, possibly affecting the ceremony. But Silvia works for The Weather Channel, and she was receiving constant updates throughout the afternoon from the highest sources!  As it turned out, the rain cleared out in time, and all was well.

It was a very fun reception, with a great group of friends and family, who gave the couple a streamer-stick send-off at the end of the night.
