Olde Towne Slidell Engagement Portrait

I had a great time photographing this couple for their engagement portrait in Olde Towne Slidell. We did the session early in the morning mainly due to the fact that this was the only time we were able to coordinate our availability, but it ended up being a fortuitous decision, as we had the whole area to ourselves!

We started out right in front of the Old Town Soda Shop, with the exterior still having some decorative elements that were added by the set dressing crew for the Christmas movie that was recently filmed there and in the surrounding area.

And toward the end of the session, former mayor Greg Cromer, who had been enjoying the pleasant morning on his nearby porch, was kind enough to invite the couple to get a few photos there.
