This Texas couple’s ceremony took place at St. Charles Ave. Presbyterian Church, followed by an action-packed reception at Southern Oaks, which featured JJ pulling out his guitar and singing a beautiful song for his bride, and culminated in their guests being treated to a Mardi Gras parade outside the venue!
