Southern Oaks New Orleans Wedding
– Blakeley and Brian –

At the conclusion of their wedding ceremony at Southern Oaks in New Orleans East, the couple recessed down the aisle, and then came back up again accompanied by the Pinstripe Brass Band and receiving the venue’s trademark celebratory streamers, to the delight of their cheering guests.

Later in the evening, we took some time to do some portraits of the couple around the beautiful grounds, including this popular spot, the swing hanging from the grand moss-covered oak tree in front of the venue.

At the end of the reception, with the bride having changed into a departure outfit, the couple was given a unique send-off, with all of their guests lined up outside and holding up their phones, with the flashlights turned on.
