Morning Elopement in New Orleans City Park

It was a beautiful morning in City Park for Cecelia and Bryce’s elopement!  We started out with some portraits of the couple around the park. The Langles Bridge is a must-have spot for any couple getting married in City Park (or doing an engagement portrait). I also love getting a series of shots with the couple walking along the park’s railroad tracks. Although it’s generally frowned upon to shoot on railroad tracks, in this case it’s perfectly safe, as it’s just a kiddie train which runs very slow and makes quite a bit of noise as it approaches.

We finished up with the ceremony among the oak trees near the Owen/Butler Memorial Fountain.
