St. Joseph’s Church and Chateau Country Club Wedding

This Slidell couple had a fantastic Chateau Country Club wedding. After some getting ready shots at a hotel in Kenner, the couple’s beautiful ceremony took place at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in New Orleans. The priest, Father Tom Stehlik, even pulled out his accordion and performed a song for the bride and groom!

Then, we headed over to Chateau Country Club in kenner for the reception. Their wedding cake was amazing… half of it was a traditional, elegant wedding cake, with the other half being superhero themed, and it was on turntable that slowly rotated it to show off the whole thing. After the first dances, the couple did a wedding party dance that consisted of a mashup of brief excerpts from a long list of songs that was a big crowd pleaser.

They wrapped up the night with a private last dance in an empty ballroom, as the guests all gathered outside to give them a big send-off!
