Delaney and Rees began their wedding day with a first look near St. Louis Cathedral, where their ceremony was to take place. After the ceremony, the couple and guests relaxed with drinks for a little while at nearby Tableau, until the Paulin Bros. Brass Band showed up to lead everyone on a second line parade through the streets. One thing I loved about this particular band was that they had a clarinet, which you don’t see often with second line bands. We headed to Big Mama’s Lounge at House of Blues for the reception. Rather than a traditional wedding cake, the couple opted for an amazing looking cake, created by the groom’s aunt, made of beignets from Cafe du Monde!
