Pharmacy Museum Elopement in the French Quarter

This Memphis, TN couple came down to elope in New Orleans at the Pharmacy Museum. The museum has a lovely courtyard that is great for small to mid-sized weddings, but is also perfect for elopements. The ceremony was officiated by Reverend Johnny Adams.

Elopement ceremonies, along with making it official by signing the marriage license, usually takes about 30 minutes. We then spent the rest of our time doing portraits of the couple. In this couple’s case, we started out with some portraits around the Pharmacy Museum first, then after the ceremony we did a few more portraits in the courtyard before heading out into the French Quarter to hit some other good spots.
