A light drizzle at the Maison Dupuy in New Orleans moved the ceremony and reception inside, but that did not put a damper on this couple’s spirits nor that of their family and friends. Still, they were delighted when a break in the rain after the ceremony allowed for their second line parade through the French Quarter to proceed as planned. They had a blast! Jen had a great idea in creating a board with names of all the invited guests clipped to it, and a Fujifilm Instax camera (and a bunch of film) on the table. Guest were instructed to take a pic of themselves, and replace their name card on the board with their photo! At the end of the night, the couple had one last photograph they wanted… a shot of everyone in attendance out in the courtyard. Thanks to some good-natured hotel guests who happened to be enjoying a drink on their balcony and allowed me to come up to their room, we got the shot!
