I love photographing marriage proposals! This North Carolina couple came down for a visit to New Orleans the week after Christmas, and Michael brought his girlfriend Mary to visit beautiful Oak Alley Plantation on what turned out to be a romantically foggy morning. He had other plans though, dropping to one knee on the iconic brick walkway with the house in the background, and pulling out a hidden ring to surprise Mary with. We then finished up with some portraits of the newly engaged couple!
