Wedding at The Oaks in Pontchatoula
Claire and Tony’s wedding took place at the Pin Oak Room of The Oaks Wedding and Event Center in Pontchatoula. After the ceremony, we had a few minutes for portraits of the bride and groom before they entered the reception.
The ceremony had taken place at the outdoor space of the venue’s Pin Oak Ballroom, but because there was no event taking place that evening at the venue’s larger Live Oak Ballroom next door, management was kind enough to let us use that portion of the venue’s outdoor space for our portraits of the bride and groom. I loved the clusters of lights hanging from the grand oak trees!
