For this New York couple’s Napoleon House wedding, the ceremony took place at the Pharmacy Museum’s beautiful courtyard. Napoleon House also has a nice courtyard, but it is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests attending this wedding. So, in a circumstance like this, a ceremony at the nearby Pharmacy Museum is a good choice. Another option is to have the ceremony in Jackson Square, which is a little further away, but still easily walking distance.
After the ceremony, we headed to Napoleon House. The couple had set aside some time there upon arrival for portraits, and we got some great shots of the bride and groom in various spots before heading in for the reception. We even went all the way up to the cupola that adorns the top of the building.
The night wrapped up with a second line parade through the French Quarter. Beth’s Flowers coordinated the event and were a pleasure to work with as usual.
