Elopement at the Pharmacy Museum

I had a great time photographing this Michigan couple’s elopement in the Pharmacy Museum’s lovely courtyard. We started out with a first look by the fountain, followed by some portraits of the couple. The ceremony was officiated by a friend of the couple, who created a special elixir for them, composed of a variety of ingredients each selected to help their relationship in certain ways (they were a little wary when he prompted them to actually drink it, but they indicated it actually tasted ok!).

After the ceremony, we did a few more portraits in the courtyard, and then finished up with some additional portraits around the French Quarter.
