Wedding at Southern Oaks
– Maggie and Levi –
Maggie and Levi had a fabulous Southern Oaks wedding. We started out with some getting ready shots at the Hyatt Centric, where we also did the couple’s first look, some portraits of the two of them, and formal group shots.
We then headed to Southern Oaks, where the couple set aside most of their pre-ceremony time for portraits of the two of them, which I really appreciated! We were all a bit nervous about the weather, as the forecast wasn’t looking too good, but it actually ended up not even raining a drop. Drago’s was on hand for charbroiled oysters, and the Cafe Du Monde food truck was parked out front for fresh beignets.
The night was wrapped up with a great send-off!

Michael was amazing to work with from when we booked him through our engagement photos, wedding photos, and review. He is very responsive and was easy to communicate with. We are not local and he was able to accommodate our schedule to get engagement photos in over a visit. During our photo sessions Michael got us comfortable, which led to great photos.
